My name is Nancy. I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have been with Inizio for a little over 7 years now. I have a Master in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am planning on taking the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam this year and hopefully become a BCBA.
I currently work as a Behavior Therapist in Los Angeles, with most of my cases around the Westside and Chinatown area. On several occasions, I have also worked as Inizio’s Quality Assurance Assistant conducting quality assurance reviews that monitor staff and client satisfaction and progress on each of our cases.
I enjoy working for Inizio for several reasons:
- The directors and supervisors are caring and are constantly checking up to see how behavior therapists are doing.
- Feedback and reassurance also play a large role. Just like our clients, we also like receiving praise/reinforcers for a job well done.
- Our schedulers are helpful and are constantly making sure we don’t forget to stay up to date with our schedules.
- Inizio offers many great opportunities for its staff such as an employee rewards program called Kudos and BCBA mentorship and internship opportunities.
